Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide customers with complete confidence in the products purchased from our store.
All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects.
We also process returns for products that arrived different from what the customer ordered.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, please follow these steps to process a return:
For Manufacturing Defects or Wrong Items: Contact us within 30 days of receipt, providing your order number, the product to be returned, and description of the defect or issue.
Once we receive your email, we'll send your request to our quality assurance team for verification. Authorization from this department is required before any exchange can be processed. After the analysis is completed, we'll contact you with our decision and next steps.
Return Process: Your complaint will be reviewed within 7 business days and, if the problem is confirmed, we'll contact you via email with the following options:
- Receive a full refund of the amount paid
- Receive a replacement product identical to what was ordered
- Receive a product of similar value
- Receive a store credit for the product value to use on future purchases
Refund Timeline: For credit card refunds, our finance department has a maximum of 7 business days to process with the credit card company. The refund will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
For other refund methods, reimbursement will be processed within 10 business days after quality analysis approval and can only be made to an account matching the name on the original order.
Important Notes:
- Products returned without prior communication, outside the return window, missing items or packaging, or without receipt will be returned to customers at their expense.
- The same applies to returns rejected after analysis by our quality department.
- YOURSTOREUSA is not responsible for return shipping costs for refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges - this expense is the customer's responsibility.
Privacy Policy

Shipping & Delivery
We work with suppliers from the United States and international partners to ensure the best prices and highest quality!
Domestic Shipping:
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express shipping: 1-3 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
International Products: Some specialty items are shipped directly from manufacturers overseas.
- Delivery time: 10-25 business days
- Tracking information provided within 5-10 business days after order confirmation
Shipping Delays: We carefully select suppliers who prioritize not only price and quality but also shipping speed.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first to clarify the reason for the delay.
If the carrier doesn't have possession of your order, contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers.
If we confirm there's a problem with your order's logistics, we'll process a FULL refund immediately after these verification steps.
Payment Processing: Orders paid by check or bank transfer may take up to 5 business days for payment verification before shipping.
Taxes & Import Duties
Domestic Orders: All domestic orders include applicable state sales tax calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
International Orders: For international shipments, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country's customs authority.
Tax Compliance: We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local tax regulations. Tax-exempt organizations must provide valid exemption certificates before checkout.
Important Note: Any additional fees imposed by customs or shipping carriers are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these charges as they vary by country and product type.
